이주한 교수의 레이저 및 광반도체 연구실(LOSL, Laser and Optical Semiconductor Laboratory)은 서울시립대 전기전자공학과 소속으로, 산업용 및 국방용 광섬유 레이저와 초단펄스 레이저를 연구한다. 광신호 처리와 광센서, 2차원 소재의 비선형 광특성을 응용한 초단펄스 광섬유 레이저가 주요 주제이며, 이주한 교수는 2023년 OPTICA Fellow로 선임되었다.
