이동희 교수 연구실(Mobile Embedded Research Laboratory)은 서울시립대 컴퓨터공학과 소속으로, 임베디드 시스템·운영체제·고성능 스토리지를 연구한다. NVRAM 시스템을 위한 프로세서 캐시 및 가상 메모리 최적화를 수행했으며, NAND 플래시 기반 스토리지 시스템과 SSD 신뢰성을 위한 RAID 기법 등의 특허를 보유하고 있다.
