김주호 교수 연구실(CAD & VLSI 연구실)은 서강대 컴퓨터공학과 소속으로, 반도체 칩 성능 향상을 위한 CAD(설계 자동화)와 VLSI를 연구한다. 회로 성능을 빠르고 정확하게 분석·예측하는 소프트웨어와 설계 자동화 시스템을 개발하며, 반도체 공정 데이터를 학습하는 머신러닝으로 수율을 최적화하는 연구도 수행한다.
