KAIST 경영대학 Techno-SK 석좌교수인 장세진 교수(싱가포르국립대 Lim Kim San 석좌교수 겸직)는 전략경영과 글로벌 전략을 연구한다. 다각화된 다국적 기업의 경영, 사업부문 간 운영 시너지 창출, 해외 진출 후 현지 조직 구축을 중심 주제로 삼는다. 조직 학습, 합작·인수를 통한 기업 성장, 해외직접투자, 한·중·일 비교경영 연구도 수행한다.
