남기영(Ki-Young Nam) 교수는 KAIST 산업디자인학과 부교수로 Designize Lab(Design Strategy & Management Lab)을 이끌고 있다. 디자인 전략, 정책 디자인, 서비스 디자인을 핵심 주제로 산업디자인·서비스디자인·인터랙션디자인을 연결하여 공공·민간 서비스에 적용 가능한 실질적 디자인 전략을 제시한다. 스마트 스피커의 VUI/GUI 특성, 전기차 충전 서비스 경험 설계 등 인터페이스와 서비스 경험을 함께 다루는 연구를 수행한다.
