도영임 교수는 KAIST 문화기술대학원 초빙교수로, 사이버심리학(Cyberpsychology)과 게임 연구(Game Studies)를 주제로 연구합니다. Games and Life Lab을 이끌며 게임이 인간의 인지, 정체성, 웰빙에 생애 전반에 걸쳐 미치는 영향과 인간-게임 상호작용을 탐구합니다. 또한 협력적 놀이를 통한 참여 공동체 형성과 개인·사회의 웰빙을 증진하는 책임 있는 게임 기술 혁신을 연구합니다.
