줄기세포와 조직공학 기법을 이용해 난치병 치료법을 개발하고 손상된 인체 조직을 복원·재생하는 방법을 연구하는 재생바이오의공학 연구실이다. 면역세포 조절, 약물·유전자 전달, 조직 재생용 지지체 등 다양한 생체의공학 기술을 다룬다.
