임재명 교수 연구실(전력 및 센서 인터페이스 SoC설계 연구실, iSoC Lab)은 한양대 융합전자공학부 소속으로, 센서 인터페이스 SoC와 전력전자 SoC를 연구한다. Wireless Readout 시스템·저전력 ADC·초음파 이미지 시스템, 무선 전력전송·LDO·DC-DC 컨버터, 그리고 인메모리 컴퓨팅(IMC)·고집적 SRAM 등 시스템 반도체 설계 자동화를 다룬다. 임재명 교수는 조지아공대 공학박사로, Apple Inc.를 거쳤다.
