송윤흡 교수 연구실(지능형 반도체 시스템 연구실, ISS Lab)은 한양대 융합전자공학부 소속으로, NT·IT·BT를 융합한 지능형 시스템 개발을 목표로 소자 및 설계 기술, 시스템 제작을 연구한다. 혈중 암세포 검출을 위한 EIS·ISFET 기반 바이오 진단 센서 시스템과 STT-MRAM·PRAM 등 차세대 비휘발성 메모리 소자 및 회로 설계를 다룬다. 송윤흡 교수는 Tohoku University 반도체공학 박사로, 삼성전자 반도체사업부 상무이사를 지냈다.
