백은옥 교수 연구실(바이오인포매틱스 및 지능형시스템 연구실)은 한양대 컴퓨터소프트웨어학부 소속으로, 단백질 질량분석 기반 프로테오믹스와 바이오인포매틱스를 연구한다. 단백질 변이를 고려한 예측·분석 알고리즘, 펩타이드 동정, 데이터 시각화, 단백질 데이터베이스 구축, 유전체-단백체 통합 분석(Proteogenomics)을 수행하며, 위암 등 질병의 유전·단백질 수준 통합 분석을 진행한다.
