양동수 교수 연구실(SynBEE Lab, Synthetic Biology and Enzyme Engineering Laboratory)은 고려대 화공생명공학과 소속으로, 합성생물학과 효소공학을 연구한다. 미생물 기반 대사 경로 재설계와 발현 조절 도구·유전자 회로 설계를 통해 천연물·항생제·고부가 화합물 생산을 다루며, 마이크로바이옴 기반 스마트 프로바이오틱스 등 바이오센싱 응용도 탐색한다. 양 교수는 고려대 특훈교수이다.
